A Journey to Kenya’s Heart

POEM 2

Come, take my hand and sail with me,
To Kenya’s land of wild and free.
Where mountains kiss the sky above,
And savannah whispers tales of love.

The Masai Mara, vast and wide,
Where lions in the tall grass hide.
The herds of wildebeest in stride,
In nature’s dance, side by side.

From Nairobi’s hum to Mombasa’s shore,
The Indian Ocean’s endless roar.
Palm trees sway in the coastal breeze,
As time stands still beneath the seas.

The peaks of Kilimanjaro gleam,
A traveler’s heart, they softly dream.
While Amboseli’s elephant parade,
Graceful giants in the sun’s cascade.

Oh Kenya, the land of beauty is bright,
In every sunrise, pure delight.
With every step, a story told,
Of wonders new, both young and old.

So come with me, let’s travel far,
To Kenya’s lands where treasures are.
In every breeze, in every tree,
Africa’s heart beats wild and free.
